    • Why order Draught Beer?

      Whether you're throwing a party for 10 or 100, our draught beer kegs are perfect for any occasion or event where you want to serve fresh pints of your favorite draught beer straight from the tap.

    • How does the set up work?

      All keg orders will include the compulsory rental of the mobile beer dispenser and CO2 tank which are required to dispense the draught beer (these are included in the Installation Fee and CO2 Fee in your Order Summary).
      When placing your order you will be required to indicate a delivery date and time, as well as a machine return collection time.
      These equipment will be delivered together with your kegs, and set up for you at your event.
      After your event, the equipment and empty kegs will be collected back during your chosen return collection time.

    • How much beer do I need?

      We offer 8L, 15L, 20L, and 30L kegs depending on the type of beer.
      Each liter of beer serves approximately 3 glasses of 330ml.

    • What am I paying for?

      These are the prices you may see listed in your cart:

      • The Sub-Total is the price of all the kegs in your cart.

      • The Delivery Fee is charged based on the type of keg--- each 8L keg will incur a $5.50 fee, and each 15L, 20L, 30L keg will incur a $25 fee. Each Guinness Mircrodraught will incur a $6 fee.

      • The GST of 9% is calculated based on the Sub-Total, Delivery Fee, Installation Fee, and CO2 Fee (if any).

      • The Installation Fee refers to the fee for the rental and installation of the mobile beer dispenser which all kegs require to dispense draught beer.
        These dispensers will be delivered with your kegs and set up for you at your event, and collected back afterwards.
        For 15L, 20L, and 30L kegs, the installation fee will be dependent on how many brands of beer you purchase—one mobile beer dispenser can be used for up to two brands of beer ( i.e. three or four brands of beer will require two mobile beer dispensers, five or six brands of beer will require three mobile beer dispensers, and so on). 
        The installation fee for one mobile beer dispenser is $180. 
        For 8L kegs, only one BLADE machine will be provided to dispense the beer, regardless of number of kegs purchased. The installation fee for one BLADE machine is $25.
        For Guinness Microdraught, only one mobile beer dispenser will be provided to dispense the beer, regardless of number of kegs purchased. The installation fee for one Guinness Microdraught beer dispenser is $60.

      • The CO2 Fee refers to the fee for the CO2 tanks required for the mobile beer dispenser to dispense draught beer. This fee only applies to 15L, 20L, and 30L kegs. This fee is $8.

    • Does my order come with cups?

      We do not offer cups for sale.

    • Do you offer bartending services?

      We do not offer any bartending services directly on Drinkies, but you may reach out to our recommended partner at admin@e-vanceteam.com if you require any bartending services for your events.

    • Who is BLADE subscription for?

      Whether you want to pour pub-quality pints of fresh draught beer at home or stock up the office pantry, this monthly recurring plan is for you!

    • Why should I subscribe to BLADE?

      Our BLADE subscription lets your pour freshly tapped beer in the comfort of your home, with the added convenience of recurring monthly deliveries-----there's no need to re-order or re-schedule, after the first order we will simply deliver your kegs of beer monthly according to your selected delivery schedule.

    • Can I subscribe more than once?

      Our BLADE subscription service allows for only one subscription plan per account and household address.

    • Can I gift this to someone?

      You can certainly send it to somebody else's address, but please be aware that the plans aren’t transferable so you will be responsible for the payments and contract.

    • Do I need to have an account to sign up for a BLADE subscription?

      Yes. When you click subscribe, you'll be asked to login with your existing account details, or if you're new to Drinkies you can enter proceed to create an account, before signing up for the BLADE subscription.

    • Will the kegs I receive have a good shelf life?

      We guarantee good beer quality of fully sealed BLADE Keg for at least 1 month after purchasing from our website. Once you’ve opened your BLADE Keg, the beer is guaranteed to stay fresh for 21 days, if stored in a running BLADE machine. You can find the best-by date on the side of your keg. We guarantee the quality of the beer through the end of the month noted. After this date, quality may decrease. In general, we recommend storing your keg in a cool and dry location, for instance the fridge. That will ensure the best beer taste and experience.

    • Can I change the number of beer kegs I receive monthly in my BLADE subscription?

      Unfortunately, you may not amend the number of kegs you receive monthly, If you require more beer for your event, please order from our draught beer page.

    • Can I pause my BLADE subscription?

      Unfortunately, you may not pause the subscription. Alternatively, you may cancel the existing BLADE subscription and re-subscribe to a new plan. If you require any changes made to your billing or delivery details, please contact our customer service hotline at 6860 3272.

    • Can I cancel my BLADE subscription?

      All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before subscription renewal in order to cancel your subscription prior to your next renewal. If we receive your cancellation less than 72 hours before your renewal, you will be charged for the following month and your subscription will be canceled the month after.

    • When are payments deducted for BLADE subscription?

      Your first payment will be deducted upon signing up for the BLADE subscription, and subsequent subscription payments will be deducted automatically every month.

    • What is Guinness MicroDraught?

      Guinness MicroDraught is a world first. With its innovative plug and pour technology, you can pour and savour a satisfyingly smooth Draught Guinness from the comfort of your own home without the need for kegs, beer lines, or gas canisters. The sleek Guinness MicroDraught easily clamps onto your home bar or tabletop and works with specially designed Guinness MicroDraught cans to give you the ultimate at home Guinness experience.

    • How does Guinness MicroDraught work?

      The secret to how Guinness MicroDraught produces beautiful Guinness every time is the world-first patent-finding double coaxial piercing of a unique, specially designed can, which is filled with the very same Guinness that is kegged in St James’s Gate and poured in pubs around the world.

      Guinness MicroDraught uses an air pump - as opposed to the gas cylinder used in the traditional system - to push the liquid out of the can and through the standard Guinness Draught spout. The result is a beautiful two-part pour with the iconic surge and settle and cold, smooth taste that makes Guinness Draught a beer loved by consumers around the world.

       

    • Does the Guinness MicroDraught machine require a power supply?

      Yes, it has to be plugged into a power source.

    • How big is the Guinness MicroDraught machine?

      The machine is 800mm tall, 297.5mm wide in total, and weighs approximately 5 kg. It is very easy to install with a clamp that firmly attaches the machine to your counter.
      The ideal depth of the surface you choose for your Guinness Microdraught is 10cm, and the MAXIMUM thickness of your counter or tabletop (which the machine will be clamped to) is 8cm.

    • Can I keep the Guinness MicroDraught machine?

      No, the machine cannot be kept. The machine will be loaned to you during your duration of usage, and collected back within 7 days of delivery (you can choose the collection date and time upon checkout).

    • Where do you deliver and where are the no-delivery areas?

      Only to valid residential, corporate, or home addresses within Singapore.

    • How early can I schedule a delivery in advance?

      All orders for draught beer kegs must be placed at least 3 working days before intended delivery date.

    • What are your delivery time slots?

      You may choose your preferred delivery date (at least 3 working days in advance) and choose either the 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm slot. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

    • Can I change my delivery address?

      If you require any changes made to your billing or delivery details, please contact our customer service hotline at 6860 3272

    • When will I receive my first BLADE subscription delivery?

      You may choose the delivery date for your BLADE subscription upon checkout.

    • What is the delivery fee for BLADE subscription?

      The delivery fee for BLADE subscription is included within the subscription plan.

    • What is the delivery fee for draught beer kegs?

      There is a $5.50 charge per 8L keg, and a $25 charge per 15L/20L/30L keg.

      There is a $6 charge for Guinness Microdraught.

    • What is the installation fee?

      All 15L/20L/30L beer kegs require the set-up and installation of a mobile beer dispenser to dispense the beer. These dispensers will be delivered with your kegs and set-up for you at your event and collected back afterwards. The installation fee will be dependent on how many brands of beer you purchase—each mobile beer dispenser can be used for up to two brands of beer ( i.e. three or four brands of beer will require two mobile beer dispensers, and so on).  The installation fee for one mobile beer dispenser is $180. 

      For 8L kegs, one BLADE machine is provided. The installation fee for one BLADE machine is $25.

      For Guinness Microdraught, there is an installation fee of $60.

      If you purchase 5 or more kegs of any brand of beer of any keg size, the total installation fee will be waived (not applicable for Guinness Microdraught).

    • What is Machine Return Collection Time (within 7 days of event)?

      All 8L/15L/20L/30L beer kegs and Guinness Microdraught purchases require the set-up and installation of a mobile beer dispenser, which is included in the installation fee. These mobile beer dispensers will be delivered with your kegs and set-up for you at your event. You will need to select a time slot for us to collect the mobile beer dispensers back, within the next 7 days after delivery.

    • What modes of payment are accepted?

      We accept debit and credit card payments.

    • When will my order be charged?

      Your card will only be charged upon successful receipt of your order. You will receive an email update when your order is confirmed. Occasionally, emails may end up in your Junk or Spam mail folder. You may also refer to your bank statement for transaction details. Please note that the transaction might take up to 3 business days to show on your bank statement, dependent on your chosen bank’s practices.

    • When are payments taken for BLADE subscription?

      Your first payment is taken upon signing up to your preferred BLADE subscription. Your order will then be prepared and delivered; this will usually be within 2-3 working days. Your next payment will then be on the same calendar date the following month.

    • Can I change my billing or payment details?

      If you require any changes made to your billing or delivery details, please contact us at 6860 3272.

    • Can I request for a refund on my order to Drinkies?

      If you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s), get in touch with our customer support at 6860 3272 within 24 hours of receipt, and we’ll try our best to assist you in resolving the matter. Please note that as our products are perishable and sensitive to storage conditions, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for health and safety reasons.
